Let’s experience cooking “Anbo” from rice powder!

What’s Anbo? It is a rural treat made of rice powder dough with sweetened Azuki beans paste or  “Nozawana” (salted leafy vegetable) inside. “Anbo” was originally invented by local people to utilize the powder of low-quality rice. It reflects a part of “Mottainai Culture” of Japan which tries to use the resources until it’s end.

Local women will demonstrate and teach how to make Anbo from the very beginning
